From sign-up to your first call.
A guided tour walks every new account through it. It gets your line, your message and a test campaign ready in a few minutes.
The whole path
- Press Sign up with Telegram.
- In Telegram: Open Telegram, then Start.
- Choose a 4-digit code.
- Once: connect your line in a free phone app until it shows Registered.
- Once: upload your message as an audio file.
- Once: top up minutes, from €15.
- + Campaign: give it a name.
- Paste your numbers, or upload a CSV or TXT file.
- Under Settings, pick your message and press Save.
- Press Start.

When a lead presses 1, an AI voice agent can take the call. It listens, answers, asks what you told it to ask and writes down what it hears. When a call needs a person, it passes the call to one of your own phones.

Before you start.
What do I need before my first call?
Four things: an account, a connected line, your message and minutes. Sign up with Telegram. Connect your line in a free phone app; the dashboard gives you the four details to type in. Upload your message as an audio file (WAV, MP3, OGG, M4A or FLAC). Top up minutes. A guided tour walks every new account through it.
Where does the call land when someone presses 1?
On the line connected to your account. You run that line in a free phone app on your mobile or your PC, so you take the call wherever the app is open.
Is there a free trial?
No. A new account starts with 0 minutes. Signing up costs nothing, so you can take the tour and check the Coverage map first. Top-ups start at €15.
How do I pay, and is €0.20 the price everywhere?
Inside the dashboard. Minutes are added automatically after payment confirmation. €0.20 is the standard rate and volume packs bring it down to €0.17. Your balance is in minutes, and some countries use minutes faster. The Coverage map shows the level for every country before you dial.
Can my whole team take calls?
Yes. Agent lines are unlimited. You set how many calls can be with your agents at the same time. When everyone is busy, dialling pauses by itself and resumes when someone is free. For bigger floors we run teams on 3CX: a lead who presses 1 rings a queue instead of one phone, each agent gets a working phone by scanning a code in the 3CX app, and you watch every live call in one panel. That part is rolling out — ask us on Telegram.
What can you switch on for my account?
On request: call recordings, listening to a live call in your browser with a live transcript, the AI voice agent (early access), running campaigns through your own phone provider so those calls use no minutes, and showing agents only the last 4 digits of a lead's number. I signed up with Telegram. How do I log in next time?
Choose Log in with Telegram on the login screen, type your username, and enter the 6-digit code we send to your Telegram.
Who is responsible for the calls?
You are. The Dialer is a tool. Who you call, what your message says and which rules apply where you dial are your responsibility.
